Children’s Programs

Our goal here at the Rio Grande County Museum is to share the love of history with our youth! We host several programs throughout the year in partnership with local organizations and schools. From school art shows to learning how to make soap, the museum offers several programs that are sure to engage youth at any age. Some of our annual events include scavenger hunts with High Valley Community Center and a spring art show in partnership with the Upper Rio Grande School District. We are always looking to enhance our educational programs here at the Rio Grande County Museum so please reach out if you can provide additional programs!
